All amounts are stated in Nigerian Naira (NGN). Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account in Nigeria Abuja.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and shall be interpreted in accordance with the Nigeria Abuja Federal Capital Territory commercial regulations.
- The Musician and all supporting musicians named under this Purchase Order must present valid identification and proof of residency in Nigeria Abuja or a neighbouring state prior to the commencement of any performance or rehearsal activity.
- Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the Grand Total shall be paid as an advance upon acceptance of this Purchase Order. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be paid within seven (7) business days following successful completion of the performance on 22 June 2025.
- The Supplier warrants that the Lead Musician possesses a minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in Nigerian traditional and contemporary music, and that all supporting musicians hold valid professional certifications from the Nigerian Musicians Union (NMU).
- Any cancellation by the Buyer more than fourteen (14) days before the performance date shall result in a refund of the advance payment less a 10% administrative fee. Cancellation within fourteen (14) days shall forfeit the advance payment in full.
- The Musician shall comply with all health and safety regulations applicable to public events in Nigeria Abuja, including but not limited to the Federal Capital Territory Authority (FCTA) event permits and the Nigeria Abuja State Ministry of Culture guidelines.
- All equipment provided under this Purchase Order shall be inspected by the Buyer's technical team on 21 June 2025. Any defective or non-conforming equipment must be replaced at the Supplier's expense within four (4) hours of notification.
- The Supplier shall provide a comprehensive insurance policy covering all musicians and equipment for the duration of the event, with a minimum coverage of NGN 50,000,000.00, valid in Nigeria Abuja.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Nigeria Abuja in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004.
- This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties and remains valid until all obligations herein are fully discharged.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the procurement of Musician services in Nigeria Abuja.
