4.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and shall be interpreted in accordance with the Pakistan Sale of Goods Act, 1930, and applicable service contract regulations enforced in Islamabad.
4.2 The Musician shall arrive at the Centaurus Convention Centre, Islamabad, no later than 10:00 AM on the event date (22 June 2025) for the scheduled sound check and rehearsal. Failure to report on time shall result in a penalty of PKR 10,000 per hour of delay.
4.3 The Musician warrants that all musical compositions performed shall be original or properly licensed, and no intellectual property infringement shall occur. The Musician shall indemnify the issuing company against any claims arising from copyright violations.
4.4 Payment shall be made within fourteen (14) calendar days of successful completion of all performance obligations, via bank transfer to the account specified in Section 1. A 10% advance payment of PKR 102,660 shall be disbursed upon acceptance of this Purchase Order.
4.5 The Musician shall comply with all venue regulations, local authority permits, and noise ordinances applicable in Islamabad, Pakistan. Any fines or penalties imposed by the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) administration due to the Musician's non-compliance shall be borne entirely by the Musician.
4.6 Cancellation by the issuing company more than seven (7) days prior to the event shall entitle the Musician to 50% of the contracted amount. Cancellation within seven (7) days shall entitle the Musician to 100% of the contracted amount.
4.7 The Musician shall provide a minimum of two (2) hours of post-event availability for recording a promotional video clip of the performance for the company's marketing use in Islamabad and nationwide.
