- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Al-Mehrab Entertainment & Events Pvt. Ltd. and the named Musician and ensemble for the services described herein. Acceptance of this Purchase Order shall be confirmed in writing by the Musician within five (5) business days of the date of issue.
- The Musician shall arrive at the venue in Pakistan Karachi no later than 4:00 PM on the day of the performance for final sound check and stage preparation. The Musician shall be responsible for the proper maintenance and tuning of all personal instruments brought to the venue.
- Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the Grand Total shall be paid as an advance within seven (7) days of acceptance of this Purchase Order. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be disbursed within fourteen (14) calendar days following the successful completion of the performance, subject to a satisfactory post-event report.
- The Musician shall comply with all local laws, entertainment regulations, and municipal bylaws applicable in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. Any permits, NOCs, or clearances required by the Sindh Police, Karachi Metropolitan Corporation, or the Pakistan Entertainment Authority shall be obtained at the cost of the issuing entity unless otherwise specified.
- In the event of cancellation by the issuing entity, the Musician shall be compensated for 75% of the contracted amount if cancellation occurs more than 14 days prior to the event, and 100% if cancellation occurs within 14 days. In the event of cancellation by the Musician without valid cause, the advance payment shall be retained by the issuing entity as liquidated damages.
- The Musician grants the issuing entity a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to record the live performance for internal corporate use and archival purposes. Any public broadcast, streaming, or commercial distribution of the recording shall require separate written consent from the Musician and applicable rights holders.
- All services under this Purchase Order shall be performed in the English, Urdu, and Sindhi languages as appropriate for the audience in Pakistan Karachi. The Musician shall submit a proposed setlist of no fewer than twelve (12) compositions to the issuing entity for approval no later than ten (10) days before the performance date.
- This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Karachi, Sindh, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940 of Pakistan.
- The Musician shall maintain adequate professional liability insurance covering personal injury, property damage, and equipment loss for the duration of the engagement in Pakistan Karachi. A certificate of insurance shall be provided to the issuing entity prior to the rehearsal date.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Musician in Pakistan Karachi. This document is valid only when signed and stamped by authorized representatives of both parties.
