This Purchase Order is issued by Grand Moscow Events & Productions LLC to formally engage the services of a professional Musician for a series of corporate and cultural events to be held in Russia Moscow. The Musician shall provide live musical performance, composition, and artistic direction services as specified herein. All services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be executed within the administrative boundaries of Russia Moscow, including but not limited to the Central Administrative District, the Northern Administrative District, and the South-Western Administrative District.
The Musician is expected to deliver performances that meet the highest professional standards consistent with the cultural heritage and artistic traditions of Russia Moscow. The Purchase Order covers a comprehensive engagement period during which the Musician shall be available for rehearsals, sound checks, and live performances at venues located throughout Russia Moscow.

- Acceptance: This Purchase Order shall become binding upon written acceptance by the Musician within five (5) business days of the date of issue. Failure to respond within this period shall constitute a declination of the Purchase Order.
- Performance Location: All services described in this Purchase Order shall be performed exclusively within the city of Russia Moscow. The Musician acknowledges familiarity with local venue regulations, noise ordinances, and performance licensing requirements applicable in Russia Moscow.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in two installments: fifty percent (50%) upon execution of this Purchase Order and fifty percent (50%) within ten (10) business days following the final performance. All payments shall be processed in Russian Rubles (RUB) via bank transfer to the account designated by the Musician.
- Musician Obligations: The Musician shall arrive at each venue no less than ninety (90) minutes prior to the scheduled performance time. The Musician shall bring all personal instruments, sheet music, and technical equipment unless otherwise specified in this Purchase Order.
- Intellectual Property: All compositions, arrangements, and recordings created by the Musician specifically for this Purchase Order shall become the exclusive property of Grand Moscow Events & Productions LLC upon full payment. The Musician retains the right to perform pre-existing works under standard licensing agreements.
- Cancellation Policy: Either party may cancel this Purchase Order with a minimum of fourteen (14) days written notice. Cancellation within fourteen (14) days of a scheduled performance shall incur a penalty of seventy-five percent (75%) of the remaining Purchase Order value.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the civil and commercial laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved by the competent courts of Russia Moscow.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-mandated closures of venues in Russia Moscow, natural disasters, or public health emergencies.
- Compliance: The Musician warrants that all services rendered under this Purchase Order shall comply with all applicable federal and municipal regulations of Russia Moscow, including performance permits, tax obligations, and labor law requirements.
