2. The Musician shall arrive at the V&A Waterfront venue in Cape Town, South Africa, no later than 14:00 on 28 June 2025 for soundcheck. The main performance is scheduled to commence at 18:30 SAST.
3. The Musician is responsible for providing all personal musical instruments, amplification equipment, and accessories required for the performance. The venue in South Africa Cape Town shall provide a standard PA system, stage lighting, and a basic drum kit.
4. Payment of R 44,792.50 (inclusive of VAT) shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the Musician, via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the bank account specified on the invoice.

6. In the event of cancellation by the Purchasing Entity, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total Purchase Order value shall apply if notice is given fewer than fourteen (14) days prior to the performance date. Cancellation by the Musician without valid medical or force majeure justification shall result in a full refund of any advance payment made.
7. The Musician shall comply with all health, safety, and public entertainment regulations applicable in the Western Cape Province, South Africa, including any permits required by the City of Cape Town for public performances.
8. This Purchase Order may not be assigned or subcontracted by the Musician without prior written consent from the Purchasing Entity. Any sub-engagement of additional musicians or technicians must be disclosed in writing at least seven (7) days before the event.
9. All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall first be subject to mediation in Cape Town, South Africa, before either party may pursue litigation.
10. This Purchase Order is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. If not accepted within this period, the Purchasing Entity reserves the right to withdraw or renegotiate the terms.
