All services procured under this Purchase Order shall be performed in South Korea Seoul during the period of June 20, 2025, through June 27, 2025. The Musician is required to be present at the designated venues no later than two (2) hours prior to each scheduled performance or recording session. The primary performance venue is the COEX Convention Center, Hall B, located at 513 Yeongdong-daero, Gangnam-gu, South Korea Seoul. Recording sessions shall take place at Seoul Sound Studios, 21 Toegye-ro 3-gil, Jung-gu, South Korea Seoul. The Musician shall coordinate all scheduling matters directly with the Buyer's production manager, Ms. Park Soo-min, who shall serve as the on-site point of contact throughout the engagement in South Korea Seoul.
Payment for the services outlined in this Purchase Order shall be made in South Korean Won (KRW) via bank transfer to the account designated by the Musician or his representing agency. The payment schedule is as follows: a deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total Purchase Order value, amounting to KRW 4,580,000, shall be remitted within five (5) business days of the Buyer's written acceptance of this document. The remaining fifty percent (50%), amounting to KRW 4,580,000, shall be paid within ten (10) business days following the successful completion of all performance and recording obligations. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under the Korean Commercial Act. - Scope of Work: The Musician shall perform all duties in accordance with the professional standards expected of a seasoned performing artist in South Korea Seoul. This includes, but is not limited to, playing assigned keyboard and piano parts, providing vocal performances, contributing to musical arrangements, and participating in all scheduled rehearsals.
- Intellectual Property: All compositions, arrangements, and recordings created specifically for this Purchase Order engagement shall be the exclusive property of Hanul Entertainment Productions Co., Ltd. The Musician retains moral rights to his artistic contributions as protected under the Korean Copyright Act.
- Cancellation Policy: Either party may cancel this Purchase Order with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' written notice. Cancellation within fourteen (14) days of the first scheduled performance date in South Korea Seoul shall result in the Buyer owing the Musician seventy-five percent (75%) of the total Purchase Order value as a cancellation fee.

- Compliance with Local Regulations: The Musician shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Korea, including but not limited to the Korean Act on the Protection of Performers' Rights, local noise ordinances in South Korea Seoul, and any permits required for public performances in the Gangnam-gu and Jung-gu districts.
