4.1 — This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Musician upon signature by both parties. All services shall be performed in Valencia, Spain, in accordance with the schedule set forth herein.
4.2 — The Musician warrants that he holds all necessary professional registrations, performance licences, and intellectual property rights for the musical works to be performed. The Musician shall be solely responsible for any copyright or neighbouring-rights obligations under Spanish Ley 23/2006 de Propiedad Intelectual.
4.3 — Payment shall be made via direct bank transfer (SEPA) to the account designated by the Musician within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice bearing the NIF of the Musician and the reference number of this Purchase Order (PO-2025-VAL-00472).
4.4 — In the event of cancellation by the Buyer more than fourteen (14) days prior to the performance date, a cancellation fee of 25% of the subtotal shall apply. Cancellations within fourteen (14) days shall incur a fee of 50%. Cancellations by the Musician without valid cause shall entitle the Buyer to a full refund of any advance payments plus 10% penalty.
4.5 — The Musician shall comply with all noise regulations (Ordenanza Municipal de Ruido) of the Ayuntamiento de Valencia, limiting amplified sound to 85 dB(A) at the venue boundary and concluding all amplified performances no later than 23:00 local time.
4.6 — Both parties agree that any dispute arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts of Valencia, Spain, in accordance with Spanish law.
4.7 — The Musician shall provide a signed declaration of conformity and a copy of his professional registration with the Comunidad Valenciana prior to the performance date.

This Purchase Order is issued in duplicate. One copy is retained by the Buyer in Valencia, Spain, and one copy is provided to the Musician. This document is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain and the autonomous regulations of the Comunidad Valenciana. All references to “Valencia” pertain to the city and metropolitan area of Valencia, Spain (Código Postal 46000–46999).
