This Purchase Order is issued by Gulf Events & Entertainment LLC to procure the professional services of a Musician for a series of corporate and cultural events to be held in United Arab Emirates Dubai. The Musician engaged under this Purchase Order shall provide live musical performance, composition, and sound arrangement services in accordance with the specifications outlined below. All services rendered under this Purchase Order shall comply with the cultural and entertainment regulations of the United Arab Emirates Dubai Municipality and the Dubai Culture & Arts Authority.

The Musician shall be available for all scheduled performances and rehearsals as specified in the line items above. The primary performance date is 22 June 2025 at 19:00 GST (Gulf Standard Time) at Atlantis The Palm, United Arab Emirates Dubai. The Musician is required to arrive at the venue no later than 16:00 GST on the day of each performance for setup, sound check, and final preparation. All deliverables, including the recorded archival production, shall be delivered to the Buyer’s designated project manager within five (5) business days following the final performance.
- Acceptance: This Purchase Order becomes a binding contract upon written acceptance by the Musician (Supplier) via signed acknowledgment or electronic confirmation within five (5) business days of the issue date.
- Payment: Payment of the full amount stated in this Purchase Order shall be made via bank transfer to the Musician’s designated account in United Arab Emirates Dubai within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as permitted under UAE commercial law.
- Cancellation: Either party may cancel this Purchase Order with a minimum of fourteen (14) days’ written notice. In the event of cancellation by the Buyer after the Musician has commenced preparation, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total Purchase Order value shall apply.
- Intellectual Property: All compositions, arrangements, and recordings created specifically for the Buyer under this Purchase Order shall become the exclusive property of the Buyer upon full payment. The Musician retains the right to perform pre-existing works under standard licensing.
- Compliance: The Musician warrants that all performances under this Purchase Order shall comply with the entertainment and cultural regulations of United Arab Emirates Dubai, including but not limited to the Dubai Culture & Arts Authority performance permits and the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 3 of 2022 on Copyright and Neighbouring Rights.
- Insurance: The Musician shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of AED 1,000,000 for the duration of this Purchase Order and shall provide a certificate of insurance upon request.
- Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai under the rules of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Arbitration Institute. The seat of arbitration shall be United Arab Emirates Dubai.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-mandated event cancellations in United Arab Emirates Dubai, natural disasters, or public health emergencies.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the terms, pricing, and content of this Purchase Order and shall not disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent.
- Entire Agreement: This Purchase Order, together with any attached schedules and the Buyer’s standard terms of trade, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements relating to the subject matter herein.
