Scope of Work: The Musician shall deliver all services described in Section 3 of this Purchase Order at the specified venue in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The Musician is responsible for arriving at the venue no later than 120 minutes before the scheduled performance start time.
Performance Standards: The Musician shall perform in accordance with the agreed set list and program outline. Any deviation from the approved repertoire must be communicated to the Buyer's event coordinator at least 48 hours in advance.
Payment Terms: A 50% advance payment (USD 2,296.00) shall be transferred to the Musician's designated bank account within 5 business days of acceptance of this Purchase Order. The remaining 50% balance (USD 2,296.00) shall be paid within 7 business days following the successful completion of the event on 22 August 2025.
Payment Method: All payments under this Purchase Order shall be made via bank wire transfer to the following account: Bank of Uzbekistan, Account No. 0012345678901, SWIFT: UZBKUZ2X, in favor of Ulugbek Rahimov.
Cancellation Policy: Should the Buyer need to cancel this Purchase Order, written notice must be provided at least 14 calendar days prior to the event date. Cancellations within 14 days will incur a 75% fee of the total Purchase Order value. Cancellations within 72 hours will incur a 100% fee.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order if such failure results from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions in Uzbekistan, or public health emergencies affecting Tashkent.
Intellectual Property: All custom arrangements and compositions created by the Musician specifically for this event shall remain the property of the Musician. The Buyer is granted a non-exclusive license to record and distribute audio and video of the live performance for internal corporate use only.
Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and applicable commercial regulations of Tashkent. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Tashkent City Arbitration Court.
Compliance: The Musician warrants that all services rendered under this Purchase Order comply with the labor and performance regulations of Uzbekistan, including any required permits for public musical performances in Tashkent.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding the financial terms of this Purchase Order and any proprietary event details shared during the course of this engagement in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
