- This Purchase Order is issued in accordance with Belgian public procurement law (Code des Marchés Publics) and applies exclusively to the provision of qualified Nurse services within the Belgium Brussels metropolitan area.
- All Nurse personnel engaged under this Purchase Order must maintain valid registration with the Belgian Council of Nurses (Conseil de l'Ordre des Infirmiers) and hold current professional indemnity insurance compliant with Belgium Brussels regulatory standards.
- The Supplier guarantees that every Nurse assigned under this Purchase Order shall possess a minimum of five (5) years of documented clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting, with at least two (2) years of experience in a multilingual environment such as Belgium Brussels.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice, via SEPA bank transfer to the account designated by the Supplier. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by Belgian law.
- The Buyer reserves the right to request the replacement of any Nurse assigned under this Purchase Order who fails to meet the performance standards outlined in the attached Service Level Agreement (SLA), with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' written notice.
- All services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be performed in compliance with the Belgian Federal Act on Patient Rights, the Brussels-Capital Region healthcare regulations, and applicable EU directives on cross-border healthcare provision.
- Confidentiality: All patient data handled by the Nurse personnel shall be protected in strict accordance with the GDPR and the Belgian Privacy Act. A breach of data confidentiality shall constitute grounds for immediate termination of this Purchase Order.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Belgium. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this document shall be submitted to the competent courts of Brussels, Belgium Brussels.
- The Supplier shall provide a weekly staffing report detailing the availability, hours worked, and performance metrics of each Nurse assigned under this Purchase Order.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to pandemics, natural disasters, or government-mandated closures within Belgium Brussels.
All Nurse personnel shall report for duty at the Buyer's facility located in Belgium Brussels no later than 01 August 2025. The Supplier shall ensure that all onboarding documentation, Belgian work permits (where applicable), and professional registrations are completed prior to the commencement date. The Purchase Order term shall run for a period of twelve (12) months from the commencement date, with an option for renewal at the Buyer's discretion.
