All Nurse personnel procured under this Purchase Order shall report for duty at the Buyer's designated facilities located in Canada Vancouver, British Columbia. The primary site of performance is the Pacific Northwest Health Alliance Main Campus at 1200 Granville Street, Canada Vancouver. Secondary sites include the Vancouver Community Health Centre at 450 Oak Street and the Vancouver Outpatient Clinic at 2200 West Broadway. The Vendor shall ensure that every Nurse assigned under this Purchase Order holds a valid, active registration with the College of Nurses of British Columbia and possesses a current BCLS/ACLS certification. Background checks (RCMP and BC-specific) must be completed prior to the first day of service in Canada Vancouver.
4. Payment Terms- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid invoice referencing this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-CV-04872).
- Invoices must be submitted electronically to [email protected] with the Purchase Order number clearly stated in the subject line.
- Payment method: Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to the Vendor's registered business account in Canada Vancouver.
- A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month shall apply to any outstanding balance beyond the due date, in accordance with the British Columbia Late and Interest on Payments to Suppliers Act.
- Retainer: Ten percent (10%) of the total Purchase Order value shall be held as a performance retainer and released upon successful completion of the first ninety (90) days of Nurse service delivery.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
- The Vendor warrants that all Nurse candidates supplied under this Purchase Order meet or exceed the minimum qualifications set forth in the Buyer's staffing policy and the regulatory standards of the College of Nurses of British Columbia.
- The Vendor shall maintain adequate professional liability insurance (minimum $5,000,000 per occurrence) for all Nurse personnel operating in Canada Vancouver throughout the term of this Purchase Order.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Buyer shall compensate the Vendor for all Nurse services rendered up to the effective date of termination.
- The Vendor shall comply with all applicable occupational health and safety regulations as enforced by WorkSafeBC for all Nurse staff operating within Canada Vancouver facilities.
- Confidentiality: All patient information accessed by Nurse personnel under this Purchase Order is protected under the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of British Columbia and the federal Privacy Act of Canada. The Vendor shall execute a Data Processing Agreement prior to commencement of services.
- Dispute resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to mediation in Canada Vancouver, and failing that, to binding arbitration under the rules of the British Columbia Commercial Arbitration Act.
