- This Purchase Order is issued by Medellín Health Services S.A.S. and governs the procurement of Nurse personnel services, medical supplies, and associated training programs to be delivered within the city of Colombia Medellín and its metropolitan area.
- All Nurse personnel assigned under this Purchase Order must hold a valid professional license issued by the Colombian Ministry of Health and Social Protection, and must be registered with the local Nursing Council operating in Colombia Medellín.
- The supplier shall ensure that every Nurse placed at the facility in Colombia Medellín carries comprehensive professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of COP 500,000,000 per incident, valid throughout the contract term.
- Delivery of all physical goods (PPE, medical supplies) shall be made to the receiving warehouse at Calle 43 # 52-180, El Poblado, Colombia Medellín, between 08:00 and 16:00 hours, Monday through Friday. The supplier bears all transportation costs within the Colombia Medellín metropolitan zone.
- Payment for this Purchase Order shall be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Colombian Pesos (COP) within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Colombian Superintendencia Financiera.
- The supplier guarantees that the Nurse workforce will comply with all labor regulations of the Republic of Colombia, including but not limited to the Código Sustantivo del Trabajo, and all local ordinances applicable in Colombia Medellín.
- Any modification, amendment, or cancellation of this Purchase Order must be executed in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties. Verbal agreements regarding Nurse assignments or service changes in Colombia Medellín shall not be binding.
- In the event of a Nurse absence exceeding three (3) consecutive business days, the supplier shall provide a qualified replacement Nurse within forty-eight (48) hours at no additional cost to the buyer, maintaining the same level of certification and experience.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the commercial laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this document shall be resolved by the competent commercial courts of Colombia Medellín, Antioquia.
- The supplier acknowledges that all Nurse personnel operating under this Purchase Order in Colombia Medellín are subject to the buyer's internal policies, code of conduct, and patient confidentiality protocols in compliance with Ley 1581 de 2012 (Data Protection Law of Colombia).
