This Purchase Order is issued by Alexandria Coastal Medical Group for the procurement of qualified, licensed Nurse services to be deployed across our outpatient and inpatient facilities located in the Alexandria metropolitan area, Egypt. The Nurse(s) engaged under this Purchase Order shall hold a valid Egyptian nursing license issued by the Ministry of Health and Population, possess a minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience in acute and chronic care, and be fluent in both Arabic and English to serve the diverse patient population of Alexandria.

- Compliance with Egyptian Law: All Nurse personnel engaged under this Purchase Order shall be fully licensed by the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population and registered with the Alexandria Regional Health Directorate. The Nurse(s) must present valid identification, nursing license, and any required professional indemnity insurance before commencing duties in Alexandria.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within Alexandria, Egypt. Invoices are payable net 30 days from the date of receipt of a valid tax invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the Central Bank of Egypt's prevailing rate.
- Performance Standards: The Nurse services must meet the clinical quality benchmarks set by Alexandria Coastal Medical Group and comply with all regulations issued by the Egyptian Nursing Association and the Alexandria Governorate Health Authority. Failure to meet performance KPIs for two consecutive months shall constitute grounds for termination of this Purchase Order with 30 days' written notice.
- Confidentiality & Patient Data: All Nurse staff shall adhere to Egyptian data protection regulations and the facility's patient confidentiality policies. Patient records generated in Alexandria shall be stored in accordance with the Egyptian Ministry of Health's medical records retention schedule.
- Substitution Clause: The supplier may substitute a Nurse of equivalent or superior qualifications with prior written approval from Alexandria Coastal Medical Group. Any substituted Nurse must meet the same licensing and experience requirements specified in this Purchase Order.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 60 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the supplier shall ensure a minimum 30-day transition period to maintain continuity of Nurse care for patients in Alexandria.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Alexandria, Egypt.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to public health emergencies declared by the Egyptian government affecting operations in Alexandria.
