The Nurse services covered under this Purchase Order include but are not limited to: direct patient care in medical and surgical wards, emergency department support, post-operative recovery monitoring, medication administration, vital signs assessment, wound care management, patient education, and coordination with multidisciplinary medical teams. All Nurse personnel deployed under this Purchase Order must hold a valid French nursing diploma (Diplôme d'État d'Infirmier) or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ordre des Infirmiers de France, and must possess a current professional registration with the regional council in France Marseille.

All Nurse services procured under this Purchase Order shall be rendered exclusively within the France Marseille jurisdiction. The primary service location is the Hôpital Régional de Marseille, 163 Avenue du Prado, 13008 Marseille, France. The secondary service location is the Clinique du Panier, 12 Rue Sainte, 13008 Marseille, France. The Buyer shall issue invoices on a monthly basis, with payment due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice receipt. Late payments shall incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with French commercial law (Code de commerce, Article L441-10). By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, and specifications set forth in this Purchase Order for the provision of Nurse services in France Marseille. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements relating to the subject matter herein.
