This Purchase Order is issued by Delhi Metropolitan Health Services Pvt. Ltd. for the procurement of qualified Nurse staffing services to be deployed at our facility located in India New Delhi. The Nurse personnel engaged under this Purchase Order shall provide comprehensive patient care, clinical monitoring, medication administration, wound management, and emergency response services in accordance with the standards set by the Indian Nursing Council (INC) and the regulations of the Delhi Nursing Council.

The Nurse services procured through this Purchase Order are intended to support the cardiology, general medicine, and post-operative recovery wards of our hospital in India New Delhi. All Nurse candidates must hold a valid registration with the Indian Nursing Council, possess a minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience in a tertiary care hospital, and demonstrate proficiency in both Hindi and English to ensure effective communication with patients and staff in the India New Delhi metropolitan region.

1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of India and shall be interpreted in accordance with the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and applicable labor regulations in India New Delhi.
2. The Nurse personnel assigned under this Purchase Order shall report for duty at the buyer's facility in India New Delhi no later than 07:00 AM on the first day of the contract period, unless otherwise specified in the shift schedule.
3. All Nurse candidates must submit valid INC registration certificates, educational transcripts, background verification reports, and medical fitness certificates prior to deployment. The supplier shall bear the cost of all pre-employment screening and verification processes.
4. The supplier, CareBridge Nursing Solutions India, shall remain the legal employer of all Nurse personnel. The buyer shall not be liable for any employment disputes, labor claims, or statutory dues pertaining to the Nurse staff.
5. Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice submission. Invoices shall be submitted by the 5th of the following month. Payment shall be made via NEFT/RTGS to the supplier's designated bank account in India New Delhi.
6. The supplier shall provide a replacement Nurse within 48 hours in the event of resignation, medical leave exceeding 72 hours, or termination for cause. The replacement Nurse must meet or exceed the qualifications specified in this Purchase Order.
7. The buyer reserves the right to audit the supplier's compliance with this Purchase Order at any reasonable time with 48 hours' written notice. Non-compliance may result in a penalty of 5% of the monthly contract value per instance.
8. All Nurse personnel shall adhere to the buyer's hospital policies, infection control protocols, patient confidentiality guidelines (as per the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), and the code of conduct established for healthcare workers in India New Delhi.
9. This Purchase Order is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of acceptance and may be renewed upon mutual written agreement of both parties, subject to performance review of the Nurse staff.
10. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in India New Delhi in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The initial deployment of all Nurse personnel under this Purchase Order shall be completed within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of acceptance of this Purchase Order. The first cohort of Nurse staff (Items 01, 02, and 04) shall be deployed by 29 June 2025, and the remaining Nurse personnel (Items 03 and 05) shall be deployed by 05 July 2025. All Nurse staff shall undergo a mandatory two-day orientation at the buyer's facility in India New Delhi prior to assuming clinical duties.

This Purchase Order shall become effective upon written acceptance by both parties. The supplier's acceptance constitutes full agreement to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined herein regarding the Nurse staffing services to be provided in India New Delhi.
