This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Rafidain International Medical Group to formally request and authorize the procurement of qualified Nurse services for deployment at our primary healthcare facility located in Iraq Baghdad, specifically at the Al-Rafidain General Hospital on Al-Mansour Street. This Purchase Order covers the recruitment, vetting, visa processing, relocation, and ongoing employment of a registered Nurse to provide direct patient care, clinical support, and ward management duties within the surgical and internal medicine departments of our hospital in Iraq Baghdad.

The Nurse engaged under this Purchase Order shall be responsible for administering patient treatments, monitoring vital signs, assisting physicians during surgical procedures, managing medication schedules, coordinating with multidisciplinary medical teams, and ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations applicable in Iraq Baghdad. The Nurse must hold a valid, unrestricted nursing license recognized by the Iraqi Ministry of Health and possess a minimum of five (5) years of post-qualification clinical experience in acute care settings.

  1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Vendor upon signature by both authorized parties. All terms herein govern the engagement of the Nurse for service in Iraq Baghdad.
  2. The Vendor shall ensure that the Nurse meets all licensing, competency, and regulatory requirements set forth by the Iraqi Ministry of Health prior to commencing duties in Iraq Baghdad. Failure to meet these requirements shall result in immediate termination of this Purchase Order at no cost to the Buyer.
  3. Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, 40% upon confirmed arrival and registration of the Nurse in Iraq Baghdad, and the remaining 30% in monthly installments aligned with the Nurse's salary cycle.
  4. The Nurse shall be subject to the labor laws of the Republic of Iraq and all applicable regulations governing foreign healthcare workers in Iraq Baghdad. The Vendor is responsible for maintaining valid work permits throughout the contract duration.
  5. Security and safety: Given the operational environment in Iraq Baghdad, the Vendor shall provide the Nurse with a comprehensive security briefing, emergency evacuation plan, and 24/7 security support. The Buyer shall provide a secure, air-conditioned facility and safe transport within the Al-Mansour District of Baghdad.
  6. Contract duration: This Purchase Order covers an initial twelve (12) month engagement. Renewal shall be subject to mutual written agreement and a new Purchase Order issued no later than thirty (30) days before the current term expires.
  7. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with sixty (60) days' written notice. In the event of the Nurse's voluntary departure or termination for cause, the Vendor shall replace the Nurse within forty-five (45) days at no additional recruitment cost to the Buyer.
  8. Dispute resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce, with the seat of arbitration in Dubai, UAE. The governing law shall be the commercial laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  9. All personal data of the Nurse collected under this Purchase Order shall be handled in compliance with applicable data protection regulations in both the Vendor's home jurisdiction and the Republic of Iraq.

The Nurse shall report for duty at Al-Rafidain General Hospital, Al-Mansour District, Iraq Baghdad, no later than 1 August 2025. The Vendor shall confirm the Nurse's identity, credentials, and travel itinerary in writing to the Buyer's Procurement Office at least fourteen (14) days prior to the commencement date. All logistics related to the Nurse's arrival in Iraq Baghdad, including airport pickup, initial accommodation, and orientation, shall be coordinated by the Vendor in consultation with the Buyer's Human Resources department.
