This Purchase Order authorizes the procurement of qualified Nurse professionals to be deployed at the Hôpital Général de Cocody in Abidjan, Ivory Coast. Each Nurse engaged under this Purchase Order shall adhere to the following obligations:
(a) Maintain a valid nursing license issued or recognized by the Ivorian Ministry of Health and the Ordre des Infirmiers de Côte d'Ivoire throughout the entire contract duration in Ivory Coast Abidjan.
(b) Comply with all institutional protocols, infection control standards, and patient confidentiality regulations as mandated by Ivorian healthcare law.
(c) Report to the Head Nurse or Clinical Director of the respective ward no later than 07:00 hours on each scheduled duty day.
(d) Participate in mandatory continuing education sessions organized by the hospital administration in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, not less than twice per quarter.
(e) Submit monthly clinical performance reports to the procurement office of AMPS for review and quality assurance purposes.
5.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire. Any disputes arising from the execution of this Purchase Order regarding Nurse services in Ivory Coast Abidjan shall be resolved through the competent courts of Abidjan.
5.2 The Vendor shall guarantee that each Nurse placed under this Purchase Order meets the minimum qualifications, experience, and health clearance requirements specified herein. Failure to meet these standards shall entitle AMPS to terminate the affected Nurse's assignment without penalty.
5.3 Payment shall be disbursed in monthly installments of one-twelfth (1/12) of the total contract value for each Nurse position, payable within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice.
5.4 The Vendor is responsible for all statutory employer contributions, including social security (CNSS) and pension fund obligations, for each Nurse employed under this Purchase Order in Ivory Coast Abidjan.
5.5 AMPS reserves the right to audit the Vendor's records, Nurse credential files, and service delivery logs at any reasonable time with forty-eight (48) hours' written notice.
5.6 Early termination of any Nurse's contract under this Purchase Order shall require sixty (60) days' written notice, except in cases of gross professional misconduct, in which case immediate termination is permitted.
Notes: This Purchase Order is valid only for the specific Nurse positions and service location (Abidjan, Ivory Coast) described herein. Any modification to scope, duration, or personnel must be executed through a formal amendment signed by both parties. The Vendor must confirm acceptance of this Purchase Order in writing within five (5) business days of receipt.
