All Nurse personnel procured under this Purchase Order shall be deployed to the Yangon Regional General Hospital and its affiliated satellite clinics within the Myanmar Yangon metropolitan area. The supplier, Golden Lotus Healthcare Staffing Co., Ltd., is responsible for the onboarding, orientation, and initial placement of each Nurse at the designated facility. Deployment must be completed no later than 15 July 2025. All Nurse staff shall report to the Myanmar Yangon facility address listed in Section 1 for their initial shift assignment. The supplier shall ensure that each Nurse holds a valid Myanmar Nursing Council license and that all immigration or work-permit documentation (where applicable) is fully processed prior to the start date.
5. Payment Terms- Payment shall be made on a monthly basis within fifteen (15) calendar days following the end of each service month.
- Payment method: Bank transfer to the supplier's designated account at CB Bank, Myanmar Yangon branch (Account No. 001-2345-6789).
- A 2% administrative fee shall be deducted from each monthly invoice as per Myanmar government procurement regulations.
- Any penalty for late delivery of Nurse personnel shall be calculated at 0.5% of the monthly contract value per day of delay, capped at 10%.
- All amounts are stated in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) and are inclusive of applicable taxes as mandated by the Myanmar Revenue Department.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and the Myanmar Government Procurement Law (2016).
- The supplier warrants that every Nurse engaged under this Purchase Order shall possess the qualifications, licenses, and certifications explicitly stated in Section 3. Failure to meet these requirements constitutes a material breach of this Purchase Order.
- The Buyer reserves the right to request the replacement of any Nurse who fails to meet performance standards, as determined by the Director of Nursing at the Myanmar Yangon facility, with no additional cost to the Buyer.
- All Nurse personnel shall be subject to the Myanmar Yangon facility's code of conduct, patient confidentiality policies, and occupational health and safety regulations.
- The supplier shall provide a minimum of thirty (30) days' written notice prior to the termination of any Nurse's assignment, except in cases of gross misconduct.
- This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written agreement signed by both parties. Any verbal modification shall be null and void.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Myanmar Yangon in accordance with the Myanmar Arbitration Law.
- The supplier shall maintain professional indemnity insurance covering all Nurse staff at a minimum sum insured of MMK 50,000,000 per incident throughout the duration of this Purchase Order.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the procurement of Nurse services in Myanmar Yangon. This document constitutes a binding agreement effective from the date of the last signature.
