• Provision of clinical nursing support in residential aged care facilities located in the greater Wellington region, including shift coverage, incident reporting, and care plan development.
• Post-discharge follow-up visits to patients discharged from Wellington Hospital, Capital & Coast District Health Board facilities, and private hospitals within the Wellington metropolitan area.
• Participation in multidisciplinary team meetings coordinated by Wellington Community Health Trust, held at the Lambton Quay office or via secure telehealth platforms.
• Maintenance of accurate clinical documentation in accordance with New Zealand health information privacy standards and the Privacy Act 2020.

1. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, specifically the Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017 and the Health and Disability Services (Complaints and Review) Act 2023.
2. Registration Compliance: The Supplier warrants that every Nurse engaged under this Purchase Order holds a valid, unrestricted registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand. Failure to maintain registration shall constitute a material breach of this Purchase Order.

9. Health and Safety: The Supplier shall comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 (New Zealand) and shall provide all Nurse personnel with appropriate personal protective equipment, training, and a safe working environment in all Wellington locations.
