The Nurse shall be responsible for patient assessment, medication administration, wound care, vital sign monitoring, documentation of patient progress, and coordination with attending physicians and multidisciplinary care teams.

- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Vendor for the provision of Nurse services in Russia Moscow. All terms herein shall be governed by the civil code of the Russian Federation and applicable international staffing regulations.
- The Vendor guarantees that the Nurse placed under this Purchase Order shall meet all qualifications, licensing requirements, and competency standards mandated by the Russian Ministry of Health for clinical practice in Russia Moscow. Failure to meet these standards shall entitle the Buyer to immediate termination without penalty.
- The Nurse shall work a standard schedule of 40 hours per week, with shift rotations as determined by the hospital administration in Russia Moscow. Overtime, if required, shall be compensated at 1.5 times the base hourly rate as stipulated in the Russian Labor Code.

- The Nurse shall be subject to the hospital's internal policies, confidentiality agreements, and patient data protection protocols in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data in the Russian Federation.
- All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Moscow, Russia, in accordance with the rules of the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russia.
- This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written consent of both parties. No verbal modifications shall be considered valid or enforceable.
- The Vendor warrants that the Nurse shall not be engaged in any concurrent employment or consulting arrangement that would create a conflict of interest with the duties performed under this Purchase Order in Russia Moscow.
