This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Nour Medical Services Group for the recruitment and long-term placement of a qualified Nurse to provide direct patient care services at our facility located in Saudi Arabia Jeddah. The Nurse shall be responsible for administering medication, monitoring patient vitals, assisting physicians during procedures, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and ensuring compliance with all Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations applicable to healthcare practitioners operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Nurse must demonstrate proficiency in both English and Arabic, hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution, and possess a valid SCFHS professional license. The Nurse shall be subject to a probationary period of three (3) months during which performance will be evaluated against the clinical competency standards established for healthcare workers in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid tax invoice. The initial recruitment and visa processing fee (Line Items 1 and 3) shall be paid in full upon successful placement and commencement of the Nurse's duties. Monthly salary payments (Line Item 2) shall be remitted on the first business day of each month. All payments are denominated in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and are subject to the 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) as prescribed by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) of Saudi Arabia.
6.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
6.2 The supplier warrants that the Nurse placed under this Purchase Order shall be fully qualified, medically fit, and free from any criminal record as verified through the Saudi Ministry of Interior background check.
6.3 The supplier shall bear full responsibility for the Nurse's visa, work permit, and SCFHS license throughout the contract term. Any lapse in licensing shall result in immediate suspension of payments until rectification.
6.4 The Nurse shall be entitled to all benefits stipulated under the Saudi Labor Law, including annual leave (30 days), sick leave, and end-of-service benefits. The supplier shall ensure full compliance with these obligations.
6.5 Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with sixty (60) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the supplier shall facilitate the Nurse's repatriation and transfer of license at no additional cost to the buyer.
6.6 The supplier shall maintain professional indemnity insurance for the Nurse with a minimum coverage of SAR 5,000,000, valid throughout the duration of service in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
6.7 All personal data of the Nurse shall be processed in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and the regulations of the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).
This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties. The supplier's acceptance of this Purchase Order constitutes full agreement to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined herein for the Nurse placement in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
