4.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier upon signature by both authorized representatives. All services described herein shall be rendered in Saudi Arabia Riyadh in accordance with the terms set forth in this document.
4.2 The Nurse engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid Saudi MOH license, a current Iqama, and a minimum of three (3) years of post-qualification clinical experience. The Supplier guarantees that the Nurse shall meet all competency standards required for practice in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
4.3 Payment shall be processed within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice submission. All payments shall be made in Saudi Riyal (SAR) via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
4.4 The Supplier shall bear full responsibility for the recruitment, visa processing, and legal compliance of the Nurse under Saudi Arabian labor law (Royal Decree M/51) and the regulations of the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
4.5 In the event of non-performance, the Buyer reserves the right to terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. Any termination shall be governed by the dispute resolution mechanisms stipulated under Saudi Arabian commercial law and the jurisdiction of the Riyadh courts.
4.6 The Nurse shall be subject to the Buyer's internal policies, code of conduct, and patient confidentiality protocols as applicable in all healthcare facilities operating in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
4.7 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
