This Purchase Order is issued by Dubai Al Noor Medical Center LLC for the procurement of qualified Nurse services to be deployed at our facility located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Nurse shall provide comprehensive clinical nursing care in accordance with the standards and protocols established by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) of the United Arab Emirates.
The Nurse engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid DHA or MOHAP professional license, possess a minimum of five (5) years of post-qualification clinical experience in a hospital or critical care setting, and demonstrate proficiency in both English and Arabic patient communication. The Nurse shall be responsible for patient assessment, administration of prescribed medications, wound care, vital sign monitoring, patient education, documentation in the electronic health record system, and coordination with the multidisciplinary medical team.

6.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the specific regulations of the Emirate of Dubai, including but not limited to the UAE Federal Labour Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021), the DHA Healthcare Facility Regulations, and the MOHAP Professional Licensing Standards.
6.2 The Nurse placed under this Purchase Order shall be subject to a probationary period of three (3) months from the commencement date. During this period, either party may terminate the engagement with fourteen (14) days written notice without penalty.
6.3 The Supplier guarantees that the Nurse shall hold a valid, active DHA or MOHAP professional license prior to commencing duties at the Dubai facility. Any lapse in licensure shall be rectified by the Supplier within ten (10) business days at the Supplier's sole cost.
6.4 All payments under this Purchase Order shall be made in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated corporate account in Dubai. Invoices must be submitted in accordance with the UAE Federal Tax Authority e-invoicing requirements.
6.5 The Nurse shall be required to work a standard schedule of 48 hours per week, with overtime compensated in accordance with UAE Labour Law provisions. Public holidays and annual leave shall be as stipulated by UAE federal law and DHA operational guidelines.
6.6 The Supplier shall maintain full compliance with all data protection obligations under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) regarding the Nurse's personal and professional records.
6.7 Any dispute arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Dubai Courts or, at the mutual written agreement of both parties, through arbitration administered by the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
6.8 This Purchase Order does not constitute a permanent employment contract between the Buyer and the Nurse. The employment relationship is solely between the Supplier and the Nurse, with the Buyer engaging the Nurse's services on a contractual placement basis.
