- Regulatory Compliance: The Nurse engaged under this Purchase Order must maintain active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) throughout the entire contract period. Failure to maintain NMC registration in the United Kingdom shall constitute immediate grounds for termination of this Purchase Order without penalty to the purchasing entity.
- Scope of Practice: All nursing duties shall be performed in strict accordance with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct, the NHS England Constitution, and the specific clinical governance policies of the receiving London-based healthcare facility. The Nurse shall not perform any procedure outside their registered scope of practice without explicit written authorisation from the Trust's Director of Nursing.

- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 28 days' written notice. In the event of gross misconduct, regulatory sanction by the NMC, or breach of clinical governance standards, the purchasing entity reserves the right to terminate this Purchase Order immediately and without notice.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
- London Living Wage: The hourly rate for the Nurse shall not fall below the current London Living Wage as published by the London Living Wage Foundation. The rate specified in this Purchase Order has been verified against the 2025 London Living Wage of £13.85 per hour.
