The Nurse services under this Purchase Order shall be delivered and performed at the following location: MedCare International Services LLP, 142 Amir Temur Avenue, Tashkent, 100084, Uzbekistan. The assigned Nurse is expected to report to the Tashkent facility no later than 07:00 AM on the first working day of each month. All deployment, scheduling, and shift coordination shall be managed by the Tashkent Medical Staffing Agency in coordination with our on-site Clinical Operations Manager. The Nurse must comply with all local labor regulations applicable in Uzbekistan Tashkent, including working hour limits, mandatory rest periods, and public holiday observances as defined by the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS- Payment Terms: Payment for all Nurse services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice from the supplier. Payments shall be processed via bank transfer to the account designated by Tashkent Medical Staffing Agency in UZS (Uzbekistan Som) or USD at the prevailing National Bank of Uzbekistan exchange rate.
- Service Level Agreement: The Nurse must maintain a minimum 95% attendance rate per month. Failure to meet this threshold without documented medical leave shall result in a 5% deduction from the monthly service fee as stipulated in this Purchase Order.
- Compliance and Licensing: The Nurse must maintain a valid professional license throughout the duration of this Purchase Order. The supplier shall provide proof of active licensure and insurance coverage (professional liability, minimum 50,000,000 UZS) prior to the Nurse's first day of service in Tashkent.
- Confidentiality: The Nurse shall be bound by strict patient confidentiality obligations in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Personal Data Protection. All patient records and clinical information accessed during the performance of duties under this Purchase Order must remain confidential.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, the Nurse shall be provided a proper handover period to ensure continuity of patient care at the Uzbekistan Tashkent facility.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through negotiation first, followed by arbitration under the rules of the Tashkent International Arbitration Center if amicable resolution is not achieved within fifteen (15) days.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the civil and commercial laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
This Purchase Order is valid upon the authorized signatures of both parties. By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this document regarding the procurement of Nurse services in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
