5. Scope of Work and Nurse Requirements
This Purchase Order authorizes the procurement of qualified Nurse professionals to be deployed at the Ho Chi Minh City International Medical Center. All Nurse candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a valid nursing license recognized by the Ministry of Health of Vietnam or an equivalent international credential accepted for practice in Ho Chi Minh City.
- Demonstrate a minimum of three (3) years of hands-on clinical experience in the specified specialty area.
- Be proficient in both English and Vietnamese to ensure effective patient communication within the Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City healthcare environment.
- Complete all required background checks, health screenings, and drug testing as mandated by Vietnamese labor law and hospital policy.
- Undergo a minimum of 72 hours of facility-specific orientation before assuming independent Nurse duties on the ward.
- Adhere to the hospital's code of conduct, patient confidentiality protocols, and all applicable regulations of the Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health.
6. Terms and Conditions
- Acceptance: This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement upon written acceptance by the supplier. The supplier must confirm acceptance in writing within five (5) business days of receipt.
- Delivery: All Nurse positions must be filled and personnel must be present and ready for duty at the Ho Chi Minh City facility no later than July 1, 2025. Late delivery will incur a penalty of 1% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay.
- Payment: Payment shall be made in US Dollars via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Ho Chi Minh City within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid invoice. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-VNM-HCM-2025-04782).
- Warranty / Replacement: In the event a Nurse fails to meet the stated qualifications or is unable to perform duties satisfactorily within the first 90 days, the supplier shall provide a qualified replacement Nurse at no additional cost to the buyer.
- Compliance: The supplier guarantees that all Nurse personnel will comply with Vietnamese labor laws, immigration regulations, and the specific healthcare licensing requirements of Ho Chi Minh City.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding patient data, internal hospital operations, and the financial terms of this Purchase Order.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Ho Chi Minh City under the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC).
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting Ho Chi Minh City.
