The Occupational Therapist engaged under this Purchase Order shall provide the following professional services at our clinical premises located in Hydra, Algeria Algiers:

- Compliance with Algerian Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Algerian Democratic and People's Republic. The Occupational Therapist shall hold a valid license issued by the Algerian Ministry of Health and shall be registered with the National Order of Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists in Algeria Algiers.
- Commencement Date: Services shall commence on 01 July 2025 at the facility premises in Hydra, Algiers. The Occupational Therapist is expected to be available on-site from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, in accordance with the standard working hours recognized in Algeria Algiers.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in monthly installments via bank transfer to the account designated by the Occupational Therapist. Invoices must be submitted by the 5th of each month for services rendered in the preceding month. Payment shall be processed within 30 days of invoice receipt, in accordance with the terms stipulated in this Purchase Order.
- Confidentiality: The Occupational Therapist shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all patient records and clinical data in compliance with Algerian data protection regulations. All patient files shall remain at the facility in Algeria Algiers and shall not be removed without written authorization from the Medical Director.
- Performance Standards: The Occupational Therapist shall adhere to internationally recognized occupational therapy practice guidelines while adapting interventions to the cultural and linguistic context of patients in Algeria Algiers. All session notes and progress reports shall be documented in both Arabic and French as required by institutional policy.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with a written notice of 30 days. In the event of termination, the Occupational Therapist shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination. Termination for cause may be effected immediately in cases of professional misconduct or breach of clinical standards.
- Insurance and Liability: The Occupational Therapist shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 5,000,000 DZD, valid throughout the term of this Purchase Order. Proof of insurance shall be provided prior to the commencement of services.
- Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this Purchase Order shall first be subject to amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within 30 days, the matter shall be referred to the competent commercial court in Algiers, Algeria.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this Purchase Order. The Occupational Therapist confirms acceptance of the scope of work, compensation structure, and professional obligations as defined herein for the delivery of services in Algeria Algiers.
