This Purchase Order is issued by the Guangzhou Municipal Rehabilitation & Health Center to procure the professional services of a qualified Occupational Therapist to be deployed at our facility in China Guangzhou. The Occupational Therapist shall provide comprehensive, evidence-based therapeutic interventions to patients with neurological, musculoskeletal, and developmental conditions. The scope of work under this Purchase Order includes, but is not limited to, the following:

All Occupational Therapist personnel engaged under this Purchase Order must meet the following minimum qualifications to ensure the highest standard of care in China Guangzhou:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution recognized by the Chinese Medical Doctor Association or equivalent international body.
- Valid practicing license issued by the National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China.
- A minimum of five (5) years of post-qualification clinical experience in a hospital or rehabilitation center setting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) for patient communication, with English proficiency at CEFR B2 level or above for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Completion of at least two (2) continuing professional development (CPD) courses in the preceding twelve months relevant to the specific therapeutic area assigned.
- For the pediatric Occupational Therapist position: additional certification in pediatric occupational therapy and sensory integration therapy.
All services procured under this Purchase Order shall be performed exclusively at the Guangzhou Municipal Rehabilitation & Health Center, located in Tianhe District, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China. The Occupational Therapist shall report to the facility on the first business day of July 2025 and shall maintain a consistent presence in China Guangzhou throughout the twelve-month contract period. Any temporary absence exceeding five (5) consecutive working days must be pre-approved in writing by the Procurement Director and a qualified substitute Occupational Therapist must be arranged by the supplier at no additional cost to the purchasing entity.

7.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the parties upon written acceptance by the supplier. All terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
7.2 The Occupational Therapist shall comply with all applicable regulations of the National Health Commission, the Guangzhou Municipal Health Bureau, and the Chinese Medical Doctor Association throughout the engagement period.
7.3 The supplier warrants that all Occupational Therapist personnel assigned under this Purchase Order are fully qualified, insured, and free from any disciplinary actions or malpractice claims.
7.4 Confidentiality: All patient records, clinical data, and proprietary treatment protocols encountered in China Guangzhou shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written consent.
7.5 Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the supplier shall provide a full handover of all patient records and ongoing treatment plans to the purchasing entity.
7.6 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the Guangzhou International Arbitration Commission.
7.7 The supplier shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of CNY 5,000,000 per occurrence for all Occupational Therapist services rendered under this Purchase Order.
This Purchase Order is issued in the interest of providing high-quality, accessible occupational therapy services to the residents of Guangzhou and the broader Guangdong region. The purchasing entity reserves the right to audit the Occupational Therapist's clinical records, patient outcomes, and service delivery metrics on a quarterly basis to ensure full compliance with the standards outlined in this document.
