1. Description of Services ProcuredThis Purchase Order is issued by the Kinshasa Regional Health Authority to formally procure the professional services of a qualified Occupational Therapist to be deployed and stationed in DR Congo Kinshasa for a period of twelve (12) months. The Occupational Therapist shall provide comprehensive rehabilitation and functional recovery services to patients at the Kinshasa Central Rehabilitation Centre, located in the Gombe commune of DR Congo Kinshasa. The scope of services includes but is not limited to: assessment of patient functional capacity, development and implementation of individualized treatment plans, provision of adaptive equipment training, community-based rehabilitation programs, and supervision of junior therapy assistants. The Occupational Therapist must hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, possess at least five (5) years of post-qualification clinical experience, and demonstrate proficiency in working within resource-limited settings in Central Africa.

- Commencement Date: The Occupational Therapist shall report to the Kinshasa Central Rehabilitation Centre in DR Congo Kinshasa no later than 1 August 2025. Failure to commence within fourteen (14) days of this date shall constitute grounds for cancellation of this Purchase Order.
- Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in quarterly installments of $28,350.00 USD via international wire transfer to the account designated by Global Therapeutic Solutions Ltd. The first installment is due within thirty (30) days of the Occupational Therapist's confirmed arrival in DR Congo Kinshasa.
- Compliance with Local Law: The Occupational Therapist must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Democratic Republic of Congo, including but not limited to the Congolese Labour Code, immigration statutes, and the Ministry of Health's guidelines for foreign healthcare practitioners operating in DR Congo Kinshasa.
- Performance Standards: The Occupational Therapist shall submit monthly progress reports to the Kinshasa Regional Health Authority detailing patient caseload, treatment outcomes, and any resource constraints encountered in the DR Congo Kinshasa operational environment.
- Termination Clause: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with sixty (60) days written notice. In the event of termination, the Occupational Therapist shall be provided a minimum of two (2) weeks to transition patient care to a successor professional in DR Congo Kinshasa.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance resulting from civil unrest, epidemic outbreaks, government travel restrictions, or other extraordinary events affecting the DR Congo Kinshasa region, provided written notice is given within seven (7) days of the event.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Republic of Congo. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Kinshasa, DR Congo, in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.
- Confidentiality: All patient records, clinical data, and operational information pertaining to the Occupational Therapist's work in DR Congo Kinshasa shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent from the Kinshasa Regional Health Authority.
