This Purchase Order is issued by Cairo Rehabilitation & Therapeutic Services Center to formally engage the services of a qualified Occupational Therapist to provide in-clinic and home-visit therapeutic interventions for patients residing in and around Egypt Cairo. The Occupational Therapist shall be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering evidence-based occupational therapy programs targeting pediatric developmental disorders, post-stroke rehabilitation, orthopedic recovery, and sensory integration therapy. All clinical services under this Purchase Order shall be rendered in compliance with the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population regulations governing allied health professions and the standards set forth by the Egyptian Occupational Therapy Association.

Note: All prices are quoted in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are valid for the duration of this Purchase Order. The Occupational Therapist must hold a valid license issued by the Egyptian Medical Syndicate and a recognized degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution in Egypt Cairo or an internationally recognized university. Proof of licensure shall be submitted prior to the commencement of services. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. Service Commencement: The Occupational Therapist shall begin providing services no later than 1 July 2025 at the designated facility in Egypt Cairo. Any delay beyond this date without written approval from the purchasing department will result in a penalty of 2% of the monthly fee per day of delay.
  2. Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within 30 days of receipt of a valid invoice and the corresponding monthly clinical report. Payment will be processed via bank transfer to the account specified in the vendor information section. Late payments will accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as per Egyptian commercial law.
  3. Scope of Practice: The Occupational Therapist shall perform all duties within the scope defined by the Egyptian Occupational Therapy Association and shall not prescribe pharmacological interventions. All treatment plans must be co-signed by the supervising physician at the Cairo Rehabilitation & Therapeutic Services Center.
  4. Confidentiality: The Occupational Therapist is bound by the Egyptian Law No. 213 of 2020 on the Protection of Personal Data. All patient records, clinical notes, and progress reports generated under this Purchase Order shall be stored securely and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written consent from the patient or legal guardian.
  5. Insurance and Liability: The Occupational Therapist shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of EGP 500,000. A certificate of insurance shall be provided to the purchasing center prior to the first day of service delivery in Egypt Cairo.
  6. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Occupational Therapist shall complete all ongoing patient sessions and submit final documentation within 14 days of the termination date.
  7. Compliance: The vendor shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Arab Republic of Egypt, including but not limited to the Egyptian Labor Law No. 12 of 2003, the Ministry of Health directives on allied health service delivery, and the Cairo Governorate's commercial and operational permits.
  8. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the matter shall be submitted to the competent courts in Egypt Cairo, and the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt shall govern this agreement.
  9. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting operations in Egypt Cairo.
