This Purchase Order is issued for the procurement of specialized Occupational Therapist professional services to be delivered within the Italy Milan metropolitan area. All Occupational Therapist services procured under this Purchase Order shall be performed at the Fondazione San Raffaele Rehabilitation Centre, Via Olgettina 60, Milan, Italy, unless otherwise specified for home-visit items. The service period commences on 1 July 2025 and concludes on 31 December 2025. The Occupational Therapist shall be available for a minimum of 32 clinical hours per week within the Italy Milan facility, with sessions scheduled between 08:00 and 19:00 CET, Monday through Friday. Home visits within the Italy Milan metropolitan zone (Comune di Milano and immediate hinterland) shall be scheduled in coordination with the patient's care team and completed within 48 hours of referral.
