4.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Italian Republic. Any disputes arising from the execution of this Purchase Order shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Italy Rome.

4.2 The Occupational Therapist shall maintain full professional liability insurance coverage in accordance with Italian regulatory requirements (D.Lgs. 206/2007) for the entire duration of the contract period specified in this Purchase Order.

4.3 All clinical records, patient data, and therapeutic documentation produced under this Purchase Order shall be stored in compliance with the Italian Data Protection Code (Codice in Materia di Protezione dei Dati, D.Lgs. 196/2003) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
