4. Terms and Conditions
  1. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, specifically the Public Contract Act and applicable regulations of the Japan Osaka municipal government.
  2. Qualification Requirements: The Occupational Therapist engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid national license issued by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare of Japan and must be a registered member in good standing with the Japan Occupational Therapy Association. Proof of licensure must be submitted prior to the commencement date.
  3.
