This Purchase Order is issued by Himalayan Rehabilitation & Wellness Centre for the engagement of a qualified Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive therapeutic services at our facility located in Nepal Kathmandu. The Occupational Therapist shall be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to patients with neurological, orthopedic, developmental, and psychiatric conditions. All services under this Purchase Order shall be rendered in accordance with the standards set by the Nepal Occupational Therapy Association and the Department of Health Services, Government of Nepal.

1. This Purchase Order is binding upon acceptance by the Supplier and shall govern all professional services rendered by the Occupational Therapist at the designated facility in Nepal Kathmandu.
2. The Occupational Therapist must hold a valid license issued by the Nepal Health Practitioners Council and a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
3. Payment shall be made in quarterly installments within 30 days of invoice submission, via bank transfer to the account specified by the Supplier.
4. All services must comply with the Occupational Therapy Practice Standards as adopted by the Nepal Occupational Therapy Association and applicable regulations of the Government of Nepal.
5. The Supplier guarantees that the Occupational Therapist assigned under this Purchase Order shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of NPR 5,000,000.
6. Any modification to the scope, duration, or personnel under this Purchase Order must be documented in a written amendment signed by both parties.
7. The Buyer reserves the right to terminate this Purchase Order with 60 days' written notice in the event of sustained non-performance by the Occupational Therapist.
8. All patient data and clinical records generated during the engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the Buyer and must be stored in compliance with Nepal's data protection regulations.
9. Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Nepal Kathmandu in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1999 of Nepal.
10. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Nepal.

The Occupational Therapist shall report for duty at the Himalayan Rehabilitation & Wellness Centre, Baneshwor, Nepal Kathmandu, no later than 1 August 2025. All specialized equipment listed under Item No. 03 shall be delivered and installed at the facility within 14 calendar days of the Purchase Order acceptance date. The Supplier shall coordinate all logistics within the Nepal Kathmandu metropolitan area at no additional cost to the Buyer.
