3. Scope of Procurement — Occupational Therapist ServicesThis Purchase Order is issued by Doha Rehabilitation & Wellness Centre to formally procure the professional services of a qualified Occupational Therapist to be deployed at our facility located in Qatar Doha. The Occupational Therapist shall provide comprehensive assessment, intervention, and rehabilitation services to patients with neurological, orthopedic, developmental, and psychiatric conditions. All services rendered under this Purchase Order must comply with the regulations set forth by the Ministry of Public Health of Qatar and the Qatar Health Regulatory Authority (QHRA).

- Commencement Date: The Occupational Therapist shall report to the Doha Rehabilitation & Wellness Centre facility in Qatar Doha no later than 1 July 2025. The contract term under this Purchase Order is twelve (12) months, renewable upon mutual written agreement.
- Qualification Requirements: The Occupational Therapist must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution, possess a valid QHRA practice license, and demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience. English proficiency is mandatory; Arabic language ability is considered a strong advantage for patient communication in Qatar Doha.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid invoice. The vendor shall submit monthly invoices by the 5th of each month. All payments shall be processed in Qatari Riyal (QAR) via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account in Qatar.
- Compliance: The Occupational Therapist must adhere to all Qatari labor laws, the Qatar Health Regulatory Authority clinical standards, and the facility's internal policies. Failure to maintain a valid QHRA license will result in immediate suspension of services under this Purchase Order.
- Confidentiality: All patient records, clinical data, and operational information accessed by the Occupational Therapist in Qatar Doha are strictly confidential. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) must be executed prior to the commencement of services.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In cases of gross professional misconduct or license revocation, termination may be immediate without notice.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Qatar International and Regional Arbitration Centre (QIARC) in Doha, Qatar, in accordance with its rules of procedure.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-mandated closures, pandemics, or natural disasters affecting Qatar Doha.
The Occupational Therapist's services shall be deemed delivered upon the successful completion of the initial orientation period and the first full week of clinical practice at the Qatar Doha facility. Acceptance of services is subject to a written evaluation by the Chief Medical Officer of Doha Rehabilitation & Wellness Centre. Any deficiencies identified during the first thirty (30) days shall be remedied at no additional cost to the purchasing entity.
