2. The Occupational Therapist engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid license issued by the Federal Service for Surveillance in Healthcare (Rospotrebnadzor) and must be registered with the Russian Association of Occupational Therapists. Proof of licensure must be submitted prior to the commencement of services in Russia Moscow.
3. All Occupational Therapist services shall be performed at the designated facility address in Russia Moscow unless otherwise specified in the line items above. Any off-site visits within the Moscow metropolitan area are included; travel beyond the Moscow region requires prior written approval.
