The Occupational Therapist engaged under this Purchase Order must meet the following mandatory criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution recognized by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
- Be a licensed and registered Occupational Therapist with the Saudi Ministry of Health, with a valid professional license number.
- Have a minimum of five (5) years of post-qualification clinical experience in occupational therapy, with at least two (2) years in a rehabilitation setting in Saudi Arabia or an equivalent GCC country.
- Be proficient in Arabic and English to ensure effective communication with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams in the Riyadh facility.
- Hold a valid Iqama (residence permit) or be eligible for sponsorship under the terms of this Purchase Order.
- Complete all mandatory Saudi Arabia health and safety training, including infection control protocols and patient handling procedures.
5.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier for the provision of Occupational Therapist services in Saudi Arabia Riyadh. All terms herein shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
5.2 The Supplier shall ensure that the Occupational Therapist assigned to this contract is available on-site at the Al-Nur Rehabilitation & Wellness Center, Riyadh, during the agreed service hours (Sunday through Thursday, 08:00 to 16:00, Saudi Arabian Standard Time), unless otherwise specified for home visit programs.
5.3 Payment shall be made in Saudi Riyals (SAR) via bank transfer within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-OT-SAR-2025-0047) and include the ZATCA-compliant electronic invoice format.
5.4 The Supplier is responsible for all professional indemnity insurance, malpractice coverage, and statutory social insurance contributions for the Occupational Therapist as required by Saudi Arabian labor law.
5.5 Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of termination, the Buyer shall pay for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination.
5.6 The Supplier warrants that the Occupational Therapist shall maintain the highest standards of clinical practice, confidentiality, and patient safety in accordance with the Saudi Ministry of Health regulations and the facility's internal clinical governance policies.
5.7 Any modifications to the scope of services, service location within Saudi Arabia Riyadh, or financial terms must be documented in a written amendment signed by both parties and attached to this Purchase Order.
5.8 Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
6. DELIVERY AND COMMENCEMENTThe Occupational Therapist services under this Purchase Order shall commence on 1 July 2025 at the Al-Nur Rehabilitation & Wellness Center, King Fahd Road, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Supplier shall ensure that the Occupational Therapist, all required therapeutic equipment, and assistive device inventory are in place and operational no later than the commencement date. A joint site inspection shall be conducted by both parties on 28 June 2025 to confirm readiness.
