The Occupational Therapist assigned to fulfill the obligations under this Purchase Order must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- A recognized Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution, with licensure valid in the Republic of Senegal.
- A minimum of five (5) years of post-qualification clinical experience in occupational therapy, with at least two (2) years of experience in a West African or Francophone healthcare setting.

4.1 Payment Terms: Payment for services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be made in monthly installments via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account. Invoices must be submitted by the 5th of each month for services rendered in the preceding month. Payment shall be processed within thirty (30) calendar days of invoice receipt.
4.2 Service Location: All services under this Purchase Order shall be performed at Hôpital de Grand Dakar, Route de Ouakam, Senegal Dakar, or at such other location within Senegal Dakar as mutually agreed in writing by both parties.
4.3 Working Hours: The Occupational Therapist shall work Monday through Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, with a one-hour lunch break. Additional hours or weekend availability may be arranged by mutual consent and shall be compensated at 1.5 times the standard hourly rate.
4.4 Confidentiality: The Occupational Therapist shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all patient information in accordance with Senegalese data protection laws and the hospital's internal privacy policies. Any breach of confidentiality shall result in immediate termination of this Purchase Order and potential legal action.
4.5 Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Buyer shall compensate the Supplier for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination.
4.6 Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Senegal. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts of Senegal Dakar.
The Occupational Therapist shall commence services no later than 1 July 2025 at the designated facility in Senegal Dakar. The Supplier shall ensure that the Occupational Therapist is fully available, equipped with all necessary therapeutic tools and materials, and has completed all onboarding procedures with Hôpital de Grand Dakar prior to the commencement date. Failure to meet the commencement date without prior written approval from the Buyer shall constitute a material breach of this Purchase Order.
NOTE: This Purchase Order is subject to final approval by the Director General of Hôpital de Grand Dakar and the Senegalese Ministry of Health procurement division. The Occupational Therapist must present all required documentation, including professional license, insurance certificate, and criminal background check, prior to the start of services in Senegal Dakar.By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of an Occupational Therapist in Senegal Dakar.
