- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in monthly installments within 30 days of invoice receipt. The first installment is due upon confirmed commencement of the Occupational Therapist's services in South Korea Seoul. All payments shall be processed via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account at Kookmin Bank, Seoul Branch.
- Performance Standards: The Occupational Therapist must hold a valid license issued by the Korean Occupational Therapy Association and maintain a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience. All therapeutic interventions must adhere to evidence-based practice guidelines recognized in South Korea.
- Compliance: The vendor shall ensure full compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act of South Korea (PIPA) when handling patient records. All Occupational Therapist documentation generated under this Purchase Order must be stored in accordance with South Korea Seoul municipal health data regulations.
- Delivery & Commencement: The Occupational Therapist shall report to the Gangnam-gu facility no later than 01 July 2025. All therapeutic equipment listed in Item 03 must be delivered, installed, and inspected within 14 calendar days of Purchase Order acceptance.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 60 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Occupational Therapist's final session schedule shall be completed, and all patient records shall be transferred to the issuing organization within 10 business days.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation under the Seoul International Arbitration Center (SIAC) in Seoul, South Korea, in accordance with Korean commercial law.
- Insurance: The vendor shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of KRW 500,000,000 per occurrence, valid throughout the contract term in South Korea.
This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties. The Occupational Therapist services described herein are specifically procured for delivery and utilization within the Seoul metropolitan area, South Korea, and no portion of the contracted services may be subcontracted outside of South Korea without prior written consent from the issuing organization.
