1. Governing Law: This Purchase Order and all associated service agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) and applicable cantonal regulations of the Canton of Zurich. 7. Insurance & Liability: The supplier shall maintain professional liability insurance (Berufshaftpflicht) with a minimum coverage of CHF 5,000,000 per claim, valid throughout the term of this Purchase Order in Switzerland Zurich.
8.
