This Purchase Order is issued by MediCare Ankara Health Services Ltd. to procure the professional services of a qualified Occupational Therapist for the rehabilitation wing of our facility located in Turkey Ankara. The Occupational Therapist engaged under this Purchase Order shall provide comprehensive therapeutic interventions, patient assessments, treatment plan development, and ongoing clinical supervision for patients requiring occupational therapy services. The scope of work defined in this Purchase Order is specific to the Ankara metropolitan region and all services shall be rendered at the designated clinic premises in Turkey Ankara unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
The Occupational Therapist must hold a valid license issued by the Turkish Ministry of Health and be registered with the Turkish Association of Occupational Therapists. All clinical documentation produced under this Purchase Order must comply with the data protection regulations of the Republic of Turkey, including the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and applicable EU data transfer standards where relevant.

4.1 – This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between MediCare Ankara Health Services Ltd. and Ankara Occupational Therapy Center for the provision of Occupational Therapist services in Turkey Ankara. All terms herein shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
4.2 – The Occupational Therapist shall maintain full professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 5,000,000 TRY throughout the duration of this Purchase Order. Proof of insurance must be submitted prior to the commencement of services.
4.3 – Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice submission. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-AN-0487) and be submitted to the finance department at MediCare Ankara, Turkey Ankara. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by the Turkish Commercial Code.
4.4 – The Occupational Therapist shall adhere to the clinical protocols and quality standards established by MediCare Ankara. Any deviation from approved treatment plans requires prior written authorization from the Chief Medical Officer.
4.5 – Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination, all outstanding invoices for services rendered up to the termination date shall be settled in full.
4.6 – Confidentiality: All patient records, clinical data, and proprietary information exchanged under this Purchase Order shall be treated as strictly confidential. The Occupational Therapist shall not disclose any patient information to third parties without explicit written consent, in compliance with Turkish medical confidentiality laws.
4.7 – Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the matter shall be submitted to the competent courts in Ankara, Turkey.
