1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Meridian Health & Rehabilitation Services Ltd. and Therapeutic Excellence Associates Ltd. for the provision of Occupational Therapist services in United Kingdom London, effective from the date of acceptance.
2. All Occupational Therapist personnel engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a current HCPC registration, valid professional indemnity insurance (minimum £5,000,000), and a valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) enhanced check certificate.
3. The Occupational Therapist shall comply with all applicable UK legislation, including the Equality Act 2010, the Data Protection Act 2018 / UK GDPR, the Health and Social Care Act 2008, and all NHS England and NHS Improvement guidance relevant to occupational therapy practice in London, United Kingdom.

9. The Supplier warrants that all Occupational Therapist staff shall maintain a minimum of 35 hours of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) per year as required by the HCPC.
