This Purchase Order is issued by Harare Rehabilitation & Wellness Centre (Pvt) Ltd to procure the professional services of a qualified Occupational Therapist to be deployed at our facility in Zimbabwe Harare. The Occupational Therapist shall provide comprehensive therapeutic interventions, patient assessments, treatment planning, and rehabilitation programmes for patients with physical, cognitive, and developmental disabilities. This Purchase Order governs the scope, duration, compensation, and professional obligations of the Occupational Therapist engaged under this arrangement in Zimbabwe Harare.

- Scope of Engagement: The Occupational Therapist engaged under this Purchase Order shall operate exclusively at the Harare Rehabilitation & Wellness Centre premises located in Borrowdale, Zimbabwe Harare, unless prior written approval is granted by the Procurement Director for off-site clinical placements.
- Qualification Requirements: The Occupational Therapist must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, be registered with the Health Professions Council of Zimbabwe (HPCZ), and possess a valid professional indemnity insurance certificate with a minimum cover of USD 500,000.
- Payment Schedule: Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in monthly instalments within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from TherapyPro Zimbabwe (Pvt) Ltd. All payments shall be processed in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Zimbabwe Harare.
- Performance Standards: The Occupational Therapist shall conduct a minimum of twenty (20) patient sessions per week, maintain detailed clinical records in accordance with Zimbabwean data protection regulations, and submit monthly progress reports to the Clinical Director of the facility.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Occupational Therapist shall complete all ongoing patient treatment plans and hand over clinical records to the receiving therapist within fourteen (14) days.
- Compliance: All services rendered under this Purchase Order shall comply with the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe, including the Health Professions Act (Chapter 16:01), the Labour Act (Chapter 28:01), and all applicable regulations of the Ministry of Health and Child Care in Zimbabwe Harare.
- Confidentiality: The Occupational Therapist shall maintain strict confidentiality of all patient records and clinical data in accordance with Zimbabwean medical ethics codes. Breach of confidentiality shall constitute grounds for immediate termination of this Purchase Order.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration Act of Zimbabwe, with proceedings conducted in Harare, Zimbabwe.
