- Delivery: All Oceanographer equipment and materials shall be delivered to the designated receiving facility at Marine Research & Oceanographic Solutions S.A., Av. Providencia 1234, Santiago, Chile, no later than 30 September 2025. The vendor is responsible for all logistics, customs documentation, and Chilean import compliance under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms.
- Payment Terms: A 30% advance payment (USD $159,420.00) shall be due within 15 business days of Purchase Order acceptance. The remaining 70% (USD $371,980.00) shall be payable within 30 days of confirmed delivery and successful acceptance inspection in Santiago, Chile. All payments shall be made via international wire transfer to the vendor's designated bank account in EUR or USD.
- Warranty: All Oceanographer hardware components carry a minimum 24-month warranty from the date of delivery in Santiago, Chile. The Oceanographer software suite includes 36 months of free updates and technical support. The vendor shall respond to any warranty claim within 5 business days.
- Acceptance Inspection: Upon arrival in Santiago, Chile, the purchasing entity shall conduct a 10-business-day acceptance inspection.
