- This Purchase Order is issued by the Myanmar Yangon Oceanographic Research Centre and constitutes a binding procurement commitment for all Oceanographer-grade equipment and services listed herein.
- All items must be delivered to the designated address in Myanmar Yangon no later than 30 July 2025. Late delivery penalties of 1.5% per calendar day shall apply to the total Purchase Order value.
- The supplier shall ensure that all Oceanographer instruments are factory-calibrated, CE-marked, and accompanied by full technical documentation, warranty certificates, and user manuals in English.
- Payment shall be made via irrevocable letter of credit issued by a Myanmar Yangon-based commercial bank within 30 days of confirmed delivery and acceptance of goods.
- The supplier warrants all equipment for a minimum of 24 months from the date of delivery in Myanmar Yangon. Any defective Oceanographer instrument shall be repaired or replaced at no additional cost to the buyer.
- All import customs clearance, duties, and taxes applicable to the Myanmar Yangon port of entry are included in the DDP pricing as stated in this Purchase Order.
- The supplier shall provide on-site installation and a minimum of five (5) days of hands-on training for the Oceanographer research team at the Myanmar Yangon facility.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Yangon, Myanmar.
- Neither party may assign this Purchase Order without prior written consent of the other party.
- All intellectual property related to the Oceanographer software and data processing tools remains with the supplier; the buyer receives a non-transferable license for internal research use at the Myanmar Yangon facility.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms specified in this Purchase Order for the procurement of Oceanographer equipment and services for use in Myanmar Yangon.
