All physical goods listed in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Atlantic Marine Research Institute at 1200 Biscayne Boulevard, Suite 450, Miami, Florida 33132, United States, no later than July 15, 2025. The Supplier is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and risk of loss until the goods are received and signed for by the Buyer's designated receiving officer in Miami, United States. Installation, calibration, and initial commissioning of all oceanographic instruments shall be completed by the Supplier's certified technicians within five (5) business days of delivery. The Oceanographer, Dr. Vasquez, or her designated representative, shall be present during all installation and calibration activities to verify operational readiness for field deployment in the waters surrounding Miami, United States.
4. PAYMENT TERMS- Payment shall be made via wire transfer to the Supplier's designated bank account in the United States.
- Forty percent (40%) of the total Purchase Order value ($144,490.94) is due upon execution of this Purchase Order.
- Fifty percent (50%) of the total Purchase Order value ($180,613.68) is due upon confirmed delivery and successful installation of all equipment in Miami, United States.
- The remaining ten percent (10%) of the total Purchase Order value ($36,122.73) is due upon final acceptance and sign-off by the Oceanographer after a thirty (30) day performance verification period.
- All payments are due within thirty (30) days of invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month.
