4. Terms and Conditions

4.1 This Purchase Order is issued in accordance with the Algerian Public Procurement Code (Code des Marchés Publics) and applicable regulations of the Wilaya of Algiers. All services and goods procured under this Purchase Order shall comply with the standards set by the Algerian Ministry of Health.

4.2 The Ophthalmologist (Dr. Yacine Kaci) warrants that all medical services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be performed in full compliance with the ethical and clinical guidelines established by the Ordre des Médecins d'Algérie and the Algerian National Health Authority (ANS).

4.3 Payment shall be made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of a valid tax invoice (facture) issued in the name of CHU Algiers, Algiers, Algeria. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the RIB specified in Section 2. All amounts are denominated in Algerian Dinar (DZD).

4.4 The Ophthalmologist shall maintain valid professional medical insurance and malpractice liability coverage throughout the duration of this Purchase Order. Proof of such coverage shall be provided upon request by the purchasing entity.

4.5 All medical equipment and pharmaceutical products delivered under this Purchase Order must bear valid CE or equivalent certification, a valid Algerian import license where applicable, and a minimum shelf life of 18 months at the time of delivery to the clinic in Algiers.

4.6 The Ophthalmologist shall submit a detailed clinical report for each patient treated under this Purchase Order within 7 (seven) working days of the procedure or consultation. Reports shall be submitted in both Arabic and French to the Ophthalmology Department of CHU Algiers.

4.7 In the event of non-compliance, defective service delivery, or failure to meet the agreed timelines, the purchasing entity reserves the right to withhold payment, request corrective action, or terminate this Purchase Order with 15 (fifteen) days' written notice.

4.8 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Algerian Republic. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts of Algiers, Algeria.
