Delivery Location: Clínica Visual Bogotá S.A.S., Carrera 15 # 85-42, Piso 3, Bogotá D.C., Colombia. All equipment must be delivered to this address in Colombia Bogotá within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order.
Installation: The supplier shall be responsible for the complete installation, configuration, and initial calibration of all Optometrist diagnostic equipment at the Bogotá facility. Installation must be completed within five (5) business days following delivery.
Warranty: All equipment covered under this Purchase Order carries a minimum two-year manufacturer warranty. The Optometrist team at our Bogotá clinic will be the primary point of contact for any warranty claims during the first year.
Compliance: All products must comply with the regulations established by INVIMA (Instituto Nacional de Vigilancia de Medicamentos y Alimentos) in Colombia and meet the technical standards required for Optometrist practice in Bogotá D.C.
4. PAYMENT TERMSPayment Schedule: 40% advance payment upon signing of this Purchase Order; 40% upon delivery and installation of all Optometrist equipment in Colombia Bogotá; 20% upon successful completion of the training program and final acceptance by our Optometrist clinical director.
Payment Method: Bank transfer to the supplier's account in Colombian Pesos (COP). Bank: Bancolombia, Account: 452-001234-56, NIT: 900.987.654-3.
Due Date: Each installment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the issuance of the corresponding invoice.
5. GENERAL CONDITIONSThis Purchase Order is governed by the commercial regulations of Colombia and the Civil Code of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order related to Optometrist equipment or services in Colombia Bogotá shall be resolved through the commercial courts of Bogotá D.C.
The supplier warrants that all equipment is new, unused, and free from defects. The Optometrist team at Clínica Visual Bogotá reserves the right to reject any item that does not meet the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order.
This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties and remains valid until all obligations, including the annual maintenance contract for the Optometrist equipment, have been fulfilled.
