  1. This Purchase Order is issued by Clinique Optométrique du Congo, a registered optometry practice operating in Kinshasa, DR Congo, for the procurement of specialized equipment and consumables required for the daily practice of the Optometrist and associated clinical staff.
  2. All items listed in this Purchase Order must comply with the regulatory standards set forth by the Ministry of Health of the Democratic Republic of Congo and must carry valid CE or equivalent international medical device certifications.
  3. The supplier shall deliver all goods to the designated address in Kinshasa, DR Congo, no later than 15 August 2025.   8. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Democratic Republic of Congo. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Kinshasa, DR Congo, in accordance with the rules of the OHADA arbitration framework.
  9. The supplier acknowledges that this Purchase Order supports the expansion of accessible optometric care in DR Congo Kinshasa, where the Optometrist serves a growing patient population with limited access to comprehensive eye care services.
