Terms & Conditions of This Purchase Order
- This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Noor Vision Center, a licensed Optometrist practice operating in Egypt Cairo, and constitutes a binding procurement request to the named supplier upon acceptance.
- All equipment listed in this Purchase Order must be new, factory-sealed, and accompanied by original manufacturer documentation, calibration certificates, and user manuals in both Arabic and English to meet the requirements of the Optometrist staff in our Egypt Cairo facility.
- Delivery of all items shall be completed no later than 28 June 2025 at the Optometrist clinic address in Cairo, Egypt. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, handling, and on-site installation within the Egypt Cairo metropolitan area.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of this Purchase Order via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Egyptian commercial law.
- The Optometrist practice reserves the right to inspect and test all delivered equipment within five (5) business days of arrival. Any item found defective, incomplete, or non-conforming to the specifications in this Purchase Order shall be replaced at the supplier's sole expense within ten (10) business days.
- All warranties stated in the line items table are minimum guarantees. The supplier shall provide on-site technical support and maintenance visits in Egypt Cairo for the duration of each warranty period, with a maximum response time of 48 hours.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts in Cairo, Egypt.
- The supplier acknowledges that the equipment procured under this Purchase Order will be used exclusively for Optometrist diagnostic and patient care services in Egypt Cairo and shall comply with all regulations set forth by the Egyptian Ministry of Health and the Egyptian National Agency for Drug and Food Control (NAFDAC equivalent – EDA).
- Any amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both the Optometrist practice and the supplier. Verbal modifications are not valid.
- This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within seven (7) calendar days from the date of issue. Failure to confirm acceptance within this period shall render this Purchase Order null and void.
